Who writes our content

Our guides, articles and tools are written by the Body Reset Guides editorial team.

How we choose sources

We base our content on:

  • government and public-health bodies, such as the NIH (including NCBI), the CDC, the NHS, NICE and the WHO
  • established clinical organizations, such as Mayo Clinic
  • peer-reviewed research

Where we can, we prefer clinical guidelines and systematic reviews over single studies. We link to the original source so you can read it yourself, and we check that each link works when the page is reviewed.

What we avoid

  • We never claim that our guides cure, treat, prevent or reverse any condition.
  • We don't promise results.
  • We don't invent statistics or testimonials.

Reviews and updates

Every guide, article and complete-guide page shows a "Last reviewed" date. We re-check pages when the guidance they draw on changes. If you spot an error, please tell us through our contact page.

Medical review

We're working towards adding independent medical review. When a page has been reviewed by a qualified professional, we'll name them on that page.

Not medical advice
