Our 14-day money-back policy

If you're not happy with your plan for any reason, email hello@bodyresetguides.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details and we'll refund you in full — no reason needed, even after downloading. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

This is a money-back policy, not a results guarantee. It relates to your satisfaction with the product, not to any health or weight outcome. We do not promise or guarantee any results.

UK and EU: your right to cancel digital content

You usually have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once the download starts, if you gave express consent to immediate access and acknowledged losing the right to cancel. Our voluntary policy above still lets you ask for a refund within 14 days.

Faulty or incorrect content

If your digital content is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to have it put right — and, in some cases, a refund — regardless of our voluntary policy and wherever you live.

Fair use

We may decline repeated refund requests from the same customer where there is clear evidence of misuse. This does not affect your statutory rights.
