Frequently asked questions
How much sleep do I need a night?
Sleep needs vary with age and individual circumstances, and time in bed is not always time asleep. The CDC provides age-based guidance for adults and other age groups. Use that guidance as a starting point, not a calculator-generated prescription, and discuss persistent daytime sleepiness or sleep difficulties with your doctor.
Why do I wake up at 3am?
Waking at a particular clock time does not identify a single cause. Sleep includes repeated stages, and awakenings can occur for different reasons, including surroundings and everyday routines. Notice what is happening without diagnosing yourself. If awakenings are persistent, worrying or accompanied by other symptoms, discuss them with your doctor.
How to fall asleep faster without melatonin?
Consider your bedtime routine and sleep environment before looking for a product: a consistent schedule, a quieter room and less late-evening stimulation are common sleep guidance topics. None guarantees quicker sleep. If trouble falling asleep continues or worries you, ask your healthcare provider rather than escalating supplements or following rigid online rules.
Does stress affect sleep?
Stress and sleep difficulties can occur together, but noticing both does not establish what is causing your experience. You might note evening worries, routines and interruptions as context for a conversation. Persistent difficulties deserve support from your healthcare provider; a general article cannot identify a personal cause or prescribe an approach.
What is a sleep cycle and how long does it last?
A sleep cycle is a progression through different sleep stages, including non-REM and REM sleep. Cycle length varies within a night and between people, so a fixed duration is a simplification. A calculator can suggest possible clock times, but it cannot measure your stages or guarantee how you will feel.
How much does a guide cost, and which currency will I pay in?
Each guide is $39.99 / €39.99 / £39.99 as a one-time purchase, with prices displayed according to your location. The bundle has its own price shown on the bundle page. Guide purchases are not subscriptions. Checkout is currently unavailable; the buying link leads to the coming-soon page rather than taking payment.
Can I print a guide or use it on my phone?
The guides are PDFs designed for phones, tablets and computers, with fillable pages and printable sections. You can choose the pages you want to print rather than printing the whole file. Preview pages show the format before you decide. Payment and delivery are not connected yet, so downloading a purchase is unavailable.
What if a guide isn't right for me?
The site has a voluntary 14-day money-back policy about satisfaction with the product, not a guarantee of any health result. Read the refund policy for its terms and contact details before deciding. The guides provide general educational information; personal medical questions belong with your doctor or healthcare provider.
