Terms of sale

These terms apply to all purchases of digital products from Body Reset Guides ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Contact: hello@bodyresetguides.com.

1. Our products

We sell digital plans (PDF ebooks), sometimes with printable or fillable extras, for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Health information

Our products provide general information only and are not medical advice. Our medical disclaimer forms part of these terms.

3. Prices, currency and payment

Our primary price is in US dollars (currently $39.99 per guide). Prices are fixed per currency (US dollars, euros or British pounds, the same number in each). The currency is set by your location, not chosen by you: British pounds in the UK, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey; euros in eurozone countries; US dollars everywhere else. You are charged in the currency shown; any applicable sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by our third-party payment provider.

4. Delivery

After payment you can download your plan straight away. If you have any problem accessing it, contact us and we'll help.

5. Your consumer rights

UK and EU customers: you normally have 14 days to cancel an online contract. For digital content, this right ends once the download begins, if you gave your express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel — we ask for this at checkout. Digital content must also be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described (for example, under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015); if it isn't, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or, in some cases, a refund.

US customers: you have the rights given to you by the consumer protection laws of your state, which these terms do not limit.

6. License and copyright

All content is protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to download, read and print the product for your own use. You may not share, resell, copy or distribute it.

7. Assumption of responsibility

Our products provide general educational information. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use it, and for getting advice from your doctor, pharmacist or another qualified healthcare provider before changing your diet, exercise, medication or taking supplements. You use the information at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

We make no promise or guarantee of any health outcome, weight change or other result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information in our products or on our website, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase is limited to the price you paid for that product.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — including, where applicable, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Third-party content, videos and affiliate products

Our products and website may link to or embed third-party content, including videos hosted on YouTube and products sold by retailers such as Amazon. We do not produce, control or endorse that content or those products and are not responsible for their accuracy, safety or availability. Some links are affiliate links — see our affiliate disclosure.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of GOVERNING_LAW_TODO. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country or state where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.
